Ivan and Erica Roman, along with their three sons, planted Empowered Life Church to become a Spirit-filled revival center where people encounter God, belong to a Kingdom family, and are equipped to live powerful lives that shift atmospheres and influence culture.
Ivan holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Vision International University and a Master's degree in Theology. He functions as a father, coach, and prophetic voice to the church — walking with people personally, equipping them practically, and helping them grow into who God made them to be. As Senior Leader, he travels locally and internationally teaching and equipping believers to encounter God, and has authored four books — The Heart of the Prophetic, The Heart of the Prophetic Workbook, The Identity Manual, and Prophets Among Us.
Erica is passionate to host the presence of God. She dreams of a place where God's healing presence fills the room and every life it touches.
Ivan and Erica live in the Rogue Valley with their sons, Isaiah, Aren, and Ezra, where every Sunday, every training, and every outreach carries one heartbeat: presence, purpose, and people becoming powerful.
